Help your pet find their way home.
A microchip is a permanent form of identification that your pet will never lose. It is a tiny device that is placed just underneath your pet's skin. While it is not a GPS tracking device, a microchip does have a code that is unique to your pet and can be scanned by any veterinary office or animal shelter. Your animal has increased chances of making it home, safe and sound.
According to a study conducted by the American Veterinary Medical Association, dogs that are microchipped are 2.5x more likely to find their way home and cats who are microchipped are 20x more likely to find their way home. Having your pet microchipped, along with a collar and tag identification, will greatly increase your chances of being reunited with your pets.
