Since 1884, the Toledo Humane Society has been the leading advocate for animal welfare in Toledo and beyond. Your support, along with the support of others in the community, allows us to continue providing medical care, investigating animal cruelty, rescuing and caring for more than 5,000 animals each year.
The Toledo Humane Society is a 501 (c)3 non-profit that receives no federal, state or local tax dollars. We have a four-star rating from Charity Navigator and are accredited through the Better Business Bureau’s Charity Rating. We are not affiliated with HSUS or the ASPCA.
