We're challenging you, Toledo: Help us fill the entire kitten nursery with much needed supplies!
Kitten Season is upon us - and although it's easily the cutest time of the year, it's also one of the busiest! Just in 2022, the Toledo Humane Society saw over 800 kittens under 8 weeks old come through our shelter doors and we expect to see just as many, if not more, in 2023! With so many orphaned kittens coming through our doors, we're expanding our Kitten Nursery and could use your support through physical and monetary donations.
Young kittens require more care and specialized items to help them grow into the happiest, healthiest kittens they can be! Stop by the Toledo Humane Society all week long to participate in our Kitten Shower Donation Drive, starting Sunday, March 19th through Saturday, March 25th. Your kind gifts for our kittens help us stock our on-site Orphaned Kitten Nursery and prepare for the influx of pregnant and nursing mother cats. Your generosity plays such a massive role in helping us save lives!
As soon as our expansion is complete, we will be inviting the community back for some exclusive tours of our building and new expansion that was made possible by some very kind, passionate donors.
